Annual salaries offered by tech giants

Data collected by Blind, a social network for tech professionals, includes salaries for different categories of workers including cybersecurity specialists, data scientists, database administrators as well as managers, non-IT engineers, sales employees, etc.

Keep in mind, though, that tech salaries often depend on the worker’s level. The higher your level is, the higher your compensation. Each tech company uses its own system of levels. For example, Apple has five levels for engineers, from ICT2 up to ICT6. At Google, entry-level engineers start at Level 3. And Microsoft’s system starts at 59 for a software development engineer and goes up to 80 for a Technical Fellow.
