Here are the most popular Australian and international websites where you can browse vacancies and look for tech jobs with relocation packages:

Unless you already reside in Australia, search only for those jobs that are offered with visa sponsorship or relocation packages and don’t require to have permanent residency, Australian citizenship or Australian work permit.
IT companies that hire foreigners in Australia
When sending your resume, choose only those companies that assist with visas and are ready to hire a foreign employee. Those companies account for less than 5% of the total number of IT firms in Australia.
There is also an official list of accredited companies that can sponsor and nominate international workers for an Australian visa through the Global Talent Employer Sponsored (GTES) Program. You will see some of those companies in the list below marked as “GTES sponsor”.
Even if companies do not have job openings, you can contact them anyway as proactive workers are always appreciated.
